Coding agents

These docs are built to be read by coding agents. Hand yours the Markdown and a short rules file. It will then use the real method names, endpoints and token flow instead of guessing at them.

Provide the docs

Add .md to any page URL to get that page as Markdown. /llms.txt lists every page in the docs. /llms-full.txt holds all of it in one file.

If your agent can fetch URLs, give it /llms.txt. If it cannot, paste llms-full.txt. For a single page, use the Copy page button at the top.

Write down the rules

Put this in the file your agent reads at startup:

- Squire covers consultation notes, dictation, medical coding and patient intake.
- Docs: https://developers.squire.eu/llms.txt. Any page is Markdown at `<url>.md`.
  Read the page before writing Squire code. Do not guess method or endpoint names.
- In the client, use the `@squirehealth/sdk` package (private registry
  https://pkg.squire.eu/npm/) or the prebuilt widgets. Types ship with the package.
- On the server, use the REST API at https://api.squire.eu. The schema is at
  https://app.squire.eu/api/v1/external/schema/redoc/
- The API key is server-side only. The client gets an access token, nothing else.
- Test against staging. Never use real audio, transcripts or reports as test data.
- If the date above is more than a few months old, read
  https://developers.squire.eu/reference/sdk-changelog.md before relying on this section.

Update the date whenever you revise this section. It tells the agent how much to trust what it reads.

Keep one file and point the rest at it. A CLAUDE.md containing @AGENTS.md inlines it.

Good to know

Install the SDK yourself. It needs the registry token from the Portal, so an agent in a sandbox cannot do it.

No patient data. Consultation audio, transcripts and reports do not belong in a prompt or an indexed workspace. Build against staging with test recordings.
